How long will it take to recieve my photos?
A.Within 48 hours of your shoot, you will receive a personalized gallery to select the photos you wish to have edited. Upon receiving your selections, the turnaround time for completed edits is typically between 1 to 2 weeks. Please note that full payment of the invoice is required before the gallery is delivered.
Is a deposit required to book a shoot ?
A.A 20% deposit is required within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. This deposit will be applied to the final total of your shoot.
Where are you located?
A.I operate a studio in the Kansas City, MO area but am also available for travel. Clients have the flexibility to select their preferred shoot location, with suggestions provided upon request. In-studio sessions are available by appointment.
How long is my photoshoot ?
A.Mini sessions are 30-45 minutes. A full session lasts 45 minutes - 2 hours. Please arrive on time for your scheduled shoot.
What is your cancellation policy?
A.To qualify for a complimentary rescheduling within 2 weeks of your original shoot date, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel within 24 hours or less of the scheduled shoot, an additional deposit will be required to rebook. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
